Do you take Personal Photos?

I do not take personal photos (for families, maternity, etc.).

Do you ship to the outer islands and the mainland?

Yes! I ship throughout Hawai’i and to the continental United States.

How long does it take to receive my order?

As all prints are made to order, please allow up to 3 weeks for printing and processing. :) Shipping to the mainland United States can take up to 7 days.  

Do the prints come in frames?

The prints come as is, and do not have frames. We recommend Pictures Plus, Target, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, IKEA, or your local frame shop.

Art care:

Once you receive your order the best thing to do is place it in a frame or keep it in its package before you do. A good place to display your art is somewhere out of the sun and heat. :)

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, wholesale is available for retail businesses! Please email me at aloha@francescahawaii.com with information about your shop to see if it fits us both well!

Do you offer larger versions of your prints?

 I can depending on the print! Let me know which print and the size you are interested in, and I will send you a quote ;)

What happens if my art is damaged during shipping?

If your item(s) were received damaged due to shipping neglect, we ask that you kindly take photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged items and email us within 48 hours of receiving them.  We will work diligently to resolve the issue.  Please note, that we pack our orders with the utmost care, but damages can still occur and are out of our control. :(

What is your return policy?

Please choose your artwork carefully and double-check that all information is accurate before placing your order as we do not accept returns. All sales are final. No refunds are given to tracking information that states the package was delivered.
